Wethersfield, CT-Multi-Vehicle Crash Shuts Down I-91

Wethersfield, CT (June 2, 2019) -   Sources have reported a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 Sunday afternoon.

Exits 28 and 26 were closed on the southbound side due to the crash.  According to authorities three vehicles were involved in the incident.  

Police and the Fire Department were on the scene to assess the damages and injuries. Eventually, the highway was reopened later in the afternoon.  The investigation into the cause of the crash is still ongoing.
