Westport, CT (June 18, 2019) – On Monday, June 17, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Easton Road and Catamount Road around 8:30 a.m.
Reports from Westport Police show that a driver failed to obey a stop sign. As the vehicle passed through the intersection, it collided with another vehicle. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage in the collision and were towed away from the scene of the incident.
One driver involved in the collision sustained injuries and was transported to Norwalk Hospital for injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
