Westport, CT – 9-year-old Pronounced Dead 3 Days After Multiple-Car Accident

Westport, CT (July 14, 2019) – On July 14, police announced to the public that the 9-year-old boy who was hospitalized after a three-car accident last Thursday passed away yesterday.

The accident happened on I-95, near Exit 17. A rear-end collision resulted after the car in which the boy was riding came to an abrupt stop. This caused serious head injuries for the boy, who was quickly rushed to the hospital after paramedics arrived at the scene.

The boy passed away in the hospital as a result of his head injury.
