Waterbury, CT – Police Investigating Pedestrian Crash On Huntingdon Ave

Waterbury, CT (May 8, 2019) – Waterbury police continue to investigate a pedestrian accident that left one pedestrian seriously injured.

On May 3rd, police received a request for assistance regarding a pedestrian accident on Huntingdon Avenue, around 100-feet west of the “Personal Touch Carwash” located in the 1300 block of Thomaston Avenue.

According to reports, a black sedan was traveling east along Huntingdon Avenue when it struck a pedestrian in the roadway. The driver of the car fled the scene of the incident without stopping.

The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
