Wallingford, CT- Bicyclist Dies From Being Struck By A Drunk Driver

In 2014, Saturday proved to be the second highest day of the week for crashes that resulted in fatalities.  Of all the crashes that year, about 18% of those occurring on Saturday resulted in death while approximately 14% that occurred on Saturday resulted in injuries according to the Connecticut Departement of Transportation.

It is an absolute travesty and tragedy for an innocent bicyclist to be fatally hit by a reckless motor vehicle.  Any life unnecessarily cut short by negligence is a misfortune. The families of the victims should be able to focus on mourning and healing, not on how to retain their rightful compensation for the wrongful death of their loved one.
