Tolland, CT – Crash On Crystal Lake Road Sends Four To Hospital

Tolland, CT (June 27, 2019) – On June 25, just before 7:00 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Crystal Lake Road (Route 30) and Eaton Road.

According to reports, two vehicles collided at the intersection after the northbound driver failed to negotiate a curve. The driver entered into the southbound lane and struck a vehicle head-on.

The impact of the collision caused major damage to both vehicles. One person had to be extricated from their vehicle by responding crews.

Two children injured in the collision were transported to Connecticut Children's Medical Center for treatment. Two adults injured in the collision were transported to Hartford Hospital.
