Seymour, CT – Crash On Route 67 Results In Fatal Injuries

Seymour, CT (August 15, 2019) – On August 12, emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Route 67 around 2:15 p.m.

Reports from the scene indicate that a driver on a motorcycle was traveling north on North Street when they were struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of New Haven Road (Route 67).

The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital. Authorities confirmed that the victim succumbed to their injuries shortly after arriving.

The driver of the second vehicle was transported to an area hospital for evaluation.

At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
