Scotland, CT – Serious Crash On Route 97 Results In Injuries

Scotland, CT (June 25, 2019) - On June 24, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 97 in Scotland. According to reports, a motor vehicle collision occurred along the roadway for unknown reasons. The force of the impact caused one vehicle to roll over.

Several people were injured in this incident, including two infants. Windham medics and ambulances from both Scotland and Willimantic responded to the scene to provide transportation to those injured.

No further details have been released. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
