Old Lyme, CT – John Theriault Injured On Soundview Beach

Old Lyme, CT (May 29, 2019) – On May 27, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a drowning incident on Soundview Beach.

According to reports, 34-year-old John Theriault was at the beach when he suffered an unspecified incident just before 6 p.m.

Reports indicate that emergency crews arrived at the beach to find the injured male alert and conscious. Crews called for a Life Star emergency helicopter. Theriault was transported to Hartford Hospital for emergency medical treatment.
