Motorcycle accident death in Hartford, CT

The operator of a motorcycle in the vicinity of East Elliot and Locus Street, Hartford CT was killed on Saturday night( August 31, 2019). The passenger was not killed and the extent of the injuries remains unclear. 

At this time, The Hartford Police Department are still investigating.
