Mansfield, CT – Crash On Route 195 Results In Fatality

Mansfield, CT (May 23, 2019) – During the evening hours of May 23, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 195 in Mansfield.

According to reports, an automobile collision occurred along Route 195 between Bassetts Bridge and Mansfield Hollow roads just before 9 p.m. Early reports of the incident show that a bus collided with a car along the roadway for unspecified reasons.

One person involved in the incident sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased on site by responding officers. Details surrounding this incident are limited at this time.
