Manchester, CT – Pedestrian Seriously Injured In Crash On Parker St

Manchester, CT (May 22, 2019) – Early Wednesday morning, May 22, Police and emergency crews were called to the scene of an accident on Parker Street.

The incident occurred just before 2 a.m. According to reports, police received a report of a pedestrian found in the roadway near the intersection of Parker Street and Utopia Road.

Police arrived at the scene to find a pedestrian on the side of the road unconscious and unresponsive. Emergency crews were able to perform CPR and bring back a pulse for the injured pedestrian.

The injured pedestrian was transported to Manchester Memorial Hospital and later transported to Hartford Hospital for severe and life-threatening head injuries.

Police continue to investigate the accident. They are currently trying to locate the driver responsible for this horrific incident.
