Hartford, CT (July 3, 2019) – At approximately 1:05 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, Hartford Police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Route 15.
According to reports, 24-year-old Charles Rampleyburt Wooding was traveling on a 2007 Yamaha with 31-year-old Julio Rodriguez, who was on a 2012 Suzuki, when both riders lost control of their motorcycles and crashed into a guardrail.
Rampleyburt sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Hartford Hospital for medical treatment.
Rodriguez sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
