Goshen, CT – Collision On Torrington Rd Results In Fatal Injuries

Goshen, CT (July 19, 2019) – On July 19, at approximately 4:20 p.m., emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision near 337 Torrington Road.

According to reports, a head-on collision occurred along the roadway for unknown reasons.

One person involved in the incident sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene by responding crews.

A second person involved in the collision sustained serious injuries and was transported via Lifestar helicopter to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
