Glastonbury, CT – Car Accident On Route 2 Results In Injuries

Glastonbury, CT (July 16, 2019) – On July 15, emergency crews reported to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 2 in Glastonbury, near Exit 5D.

Reports from officials indicate that multiple vehicles collided along the westbound side of the roadway. The incident resulted in the closure of the roadway, leaving only partial passage through the right shoulder.

Several victims involved in the crash were injured and had to be transported to area hospitals for treatment.

At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
