Enfield, CT – Head-On Collision On Route 190 Results In Injuries

Enfield, CT (May 22, 2019) – During the evening hours of Tuesday, May 22, Enfield Police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 190.

According to authorities, a State Trooper was engaged in a high-speed chase around 6:30 p.m., when the suspect's vehicle collided with another vehicle on the roadway.

The suspect, who was identified as 19-year-old John Castillo, was injured in the collision and transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.

At this time, we are unsure if anyone else involved in this incident was injured.

We hope Mr. Castillo makes a full recovery from his injuries.
