East Lyme, CT – Male Injured While Working On Vehicle On Egret Road

East Lyme, CT (August 7, 2019) – On August 4, just before 4:30 p.m., emergency crews in East Lyme received the request for assistance related to an incident at a home located at 7 Egret Road.

Reports from authorities indicate that a male was working on a car in the area when the car fell on top of him.

The male was pinned under the vehicle for some time before crews were able to help the man up from underneath.

The man was injured in the incident and transported to an area hospital for treatment. At this time, we are unsure of the extent of injuries sustained.

The incident remains under investigation by police in East Lyme at this time.
