East Haven, CT (August 17, 2019)The police have confirmed that a crash that occurred on Friday, at approximately 5:00 a.m., resulted in injuries to two individuals. Both individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The accident occurred after a car crashed into a creek in East Haven, in the area of 384 Cosey Beach Avenue. It is unclear if intoxication is considered to be a cause of the accident.

The investigation remains ongoing.
