Bridgeport, CT- Multi-Vehicle Accident on Route 8

The highest incidence of car crashes in 2014 occurred between the hours of 5:00-5:59 p.m. according to the Connecticut Departement of Transportation.  Most days of the week, this time frame falls during the height of rush hour where there exists more road congestion. During this time, people are weaving in and out of traffic and sometimes engaging in unsafe driving practices.  Individuals may also be tired on the road. All of these factors can lead to car accidents.
