The Wife of a CT man who was released from Yale New Haven Hospital following a routine Barium Enema study without being told that it disclosed a leaky bowel which within days led to his death sues the Hospital, the Radiologists who performed the study and released him as well as the Doctor who the radiologists claim was informed by them.
