Attorney Levin was admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut beginning 1989 and in New York Federal district court beginning 1992. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Bar Association, and the National Association for American Justice. Prior to establishing his own law firm, Attorney Levin was associated with the Hartford based law firm of Calvocoressi & Gale. He is rated by AVVO (Independent Lawyer Research Organization) as “Superb” and has been recognized by Hartford Magazine as a Top Personal Injury Lawyer in the Greater Hartford, CT area (2010,2018), nominated as a “ Superlawyer” in the personal injury category multiple years(2013-2018) and recognized by the National Trial Lawyer's Association Top 100 on an invitation only membership basis( 2015-2018).
Attorney Levin attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. While in law school he was admitted to the National Order of Barristers for mock trial and moot court accomplishments in numerous competitions across the country. An undergraduate Bachelor's degree was earned with a major in accounting in 1985 from Nova University, located in Davie, Florida.
Attorney Levin has focused his legal practice in the area of personal injury achieving significant jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients who brought cases related to medical malpractice, products liability, Construction, and serious motor vehicle accidents. Also, due to a longstanding commitment to workers' rights and the familiarity with workers' compensation issues, serious injuries falling into this category are also accepted. Attorney Levin has only lost one case tried to a jury in over twenty five years of practice.

Attorney Berescik-Johns practices primarily in civil litigation, torts, and appeals, representing individuals and small businesses in Connecticut. He has litigated an array of legal issues through trial, as well as the Connecticut and federal appellate courts. His experience includes claims involving negligence, breach of contract, asbestos exposure, unfair trade practices, drunk driver liability, medical malpractice, products liability, sexual assault, motorcycle accidents, tractor trailer collisions, and wrongful death.
Attorney Berescik-Johns is actively involved in the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA). He currently serves on the Unauthorized Practice of Law, Appellate Advocacy, and Cyber Security and Technology Committees. He recently completed serving on the State of the Legal Profession Task Force, Technology Subcommittee, which began in 2019, and previously served on the Executive Committee of the CBA's Young Lawyer Section from 2012 to 2020. In addition, he previously served on the Board of Directors of the New England Bar Association, and represented his colleagues through the CBA House of Delegates, as well as the American Bar Association House of Delegates. Attorney Berescik-Johns is an experienced trial attorney and serves as Of Counsel to Connecticut Injury Firm, where his practice is focused on personal injury litigation. He has now joined the team at The Connecticut Injury firm, where he is recognized as a strong addition assisting primarily on the various cases which the Firm pursues. Committed to excellence, Jeremy utilizes his skills to help clients navigate the intricacies of mass tort and personal injury litigation. Fluent in both English and French. Prior to his current focus, Jeremy gained valuable experience working in both personal injury and immigration law practices while attending Law School where he developed a keen understanding of immigration law and personal injury practice management. These combined pursuits provided the opportunity to hone his skills in client advocacy principles and case management.
