Connecticut DOT Worker Who Suffered Leg Amputation Sues Truck Manufacturer

State of Connecticut Dept of Transportation worker retains the Law Offices of Paul Levin, Hartford, Connecticut to pursue the manufacturer and Distributor of a Dump Truck which lacked Safety Guard And Clear Maintenance Instructions concerning how to clean out and maintain the interior bed of the vehicle. The Dump bed was being cleaned out and readied for an expected snow storm and needed to spread salt and sand on Connecticut’s highways. The injured worker sustained an above the knee amputation of her leg.
