3 injured in Bloomfield multiple vehicle accident

At least three persons were injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred in Bloomfield on Sunday morning, July 28.

Bloomfield police responded to a two-car accident at 1266 Blue Hills Avenue around 3 a.m. Authorities found 19-year-old Jamar Johnson unconscious and suffering from several broken bones due to the accident. Police also found Chazz Gaither-Lewis, 19, severely injured as a result of the accident. A woman identified as 50-year-old Edith Mackenzie also reportedly complained of minor injuries from the crash. The three persons were brought to a nearby hospital for treatment.
